Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Comfort Engineered Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions in New Orleans, LA. We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team based in Elmwood, Louisiana. As a Service Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' HVAC systems are running efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities of our HVAC Service Technician include:
- Conducting diagnostics and troubleshooting on a wide variety of HVAC equipment
- Scheduling, planning, and performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations
- Communicating with customers and providing recommendations for system improvements and upgrades
- Collaborating with other departments and team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining thorough documentation of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each project
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Vocational or technical training preferred)
- HVAC certification (EPA Certification a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
