As our HVAC Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering prompt and efficient service to our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heating and cooling systems. Additionally, you will install and maintain equipment, as well as conduct routine maintenance checks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to service calls promptly and professionally
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems and related equipment
- Installing or replacing HVAC equipment and components
- Conducting routine maintenance checks to ensure proper performance and efficiency
- Maintaining accurate records of services provided and parts used
- Communicating effectively with customers on the status of their service calls
- Participating in training programs to stay up-to-date on industry standards and trends
- adhering to company safety policies and procedures
As the ideal candidate, you should have:
- A High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC service technician
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of all types of HVAC systems
- Good communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
