Overview
Under first degree of supervision performs a variety of duties in the Drafting Records Group.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
File and maintain engineering and mapping tracings, drawings, microfilms and other engineering and mapping documents.
Receive and issue engineering and mapping drawings of any kind, microfilms and other engineering and mapping documents according to procedures.
Retrieve and deliver such material as directed.
Assist records clerk of higher classification in his work as directed.
Perform other related or less skilled duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience
High School Diploma/GED
Relevant Work Experience
Must have satisfactory typing ability. Required
Should have basic knowledge of blueprint reading or a completed course in engineering drafting. Required
Must be accurate, neat and reliable. Required
Physical fitness necessary to carry out duties. Required
Licenses And Certfications
Driver's License Required
