Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Farmington, New Mexico. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional services to clients by installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will also be responsible for diagnosing any issues that arise and providing solutions to clients in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
• Perform onsite installations, maintenance, and repairs on various HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation units
• Diagnose malfunctions and provide effective solutions to clients in a timely and professional manner
• Provide superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure systems are operating within specified standards
• Accurately record all work performed and communication with clients
• Keep up-to-date with new industry technologies and advancements

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Trade school degree or relevant certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC Service Technician position
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Working knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Ability to work in varying physical environments
