Clinical Science Research Professional - 35131 University Staff Description University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Department: Obstetrics and Gynecology Job Title: Clinical Science Research Professional Position #: 00828131 – Requisition #:35131 Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Operational Management (90%) Recruit, screen, and consent research subjects at Children's Hospital Colorado and satellite clinics Accurate data collection and data entry Issue study subject payments (SSPs) and maintain recordkeeping of SSPs Schedule research visits (visits may be in-person, or remote) Assist with IRB submissions Assist with the management of study expenses and budgets Assist with maintenance of research folders Maintain study regulatory binders Collaborate and coordinate with other research personnel and groups on a variety of studies Collect, process, and ship biological specimens Education and HR (5%) Maintenance of study specific certifications, COMIRB training, computer training and other hospital required training Administrative Duties (5%) Other duties and projects as assigned Work Location: Hybrid Why Join Us: Diversity and Equity: Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis One (1) year clinical research or related experience Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire. The PRA will coordinate activities required to perform clinical protocols, recruit for clinical studies, schedule study participant clinic visits, accurately record and enter data, respond to data queries from study sponsors, and support physician investigators by taking on other duties as assigned.
