Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $5,200 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 7 months


A-1 Mechanical is a dependable HVAC service company that has been providing top-quality services to the Michigan area since 1983. We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Lansing, Michigan. This is a full-time position that requires an individual with a strong work ethic and reliable character.

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, dismantling, and upgrading HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings. You will need to use your expertise in handling various power and hand tools to ensure an efficient installation process. In addition, you will be required to perform system tests and diagnose any issues to ensure the system is functioning efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems such as ducts, vents, thermostats, air-handling units, and condensing units
- Ensure that the installation process complies with the manufacturer's instructions and specifications
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the scope of work
- Perform system tests and diagnose any issues
- Maintain communication and close collaboration with our clients during the installation process
- Provide recommendations and advice to clients on the most efficient and cost-effective HVAC solutions
- Ensure that the work area is clean and safe after the installation process

Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC installation
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Experience in handling various power and hand tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
- EPA certification is preferred
