Our company is growing, and we are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Exton, Pennsylvania.

Role Overview:
As an HVAC Installer for Horn Plumbing & Heating, Inc., you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will work alongside a team of professionals to provide our clients with reliable and quality service. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable and skilled in HVAC installation, be able to read and interpret blueprints, and have exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair HVAC systems, including ducts, vents, heating and cooling equipment
- Test HVAC systems for proper functionality
- Create and maintain records of installation and repair work done
- Recommend, quote and sell products and services to customers
- Provide customers with excellent customer service
- Maintain a neat, safe, and organized workspace

Requirements:
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a technical or vocational program in HVAC installation or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work on call and weekends
