Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Mike Morello, Inc., a leading HVAC company in Palm Coast, Florida, is seeking an experienced and skilled technician to join our team as an HVAC Service Technician. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service while performing maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment to determine the cause of malfunctions and provide appropriate solutions
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment, such as air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps
- Perform regular maintenance on HVAC equipment, such as cleaning coils and changing filters
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Document all work performed, including time, materials, and services provided
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide timely and efficient service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical and refrigeration systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
