Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Christmas Heating and Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Cordele, Georgia. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC problems in residential and commercial settings.
- Install new HVAC systems and components.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Respond to emergency HVAC calls.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction with service provided.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Participate in on-call rotation schedule.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HVAC service technician.
- EPA certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
