Job Description: HVAC Installer at Frank's Heating & Refrigeration

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Crescent City, California. As a key member of our installation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper function and performance of our customers' HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
• Perform installation of HVAC equipment and duct systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Interpret blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations
• Ensure all installations are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the customer
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with installed systems
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with customers and fellow team members
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED, with a focus on HVAC or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in installing HVAC systems
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, standards and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
