Job Description

Diversicare Of Pell City is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a key role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. You will assist patients with activities of daily living, help with personal hygiene, and ensure their comfort and safety. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting residents with mobility and transfers
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Assisting with feeding and meal preparation
• Providing emotional support to residents and their families
• Assisting with rehabilitation exercises as directed
• Documenting and reporting any changes in residents' condition

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who have a genuine interest in caring for the elderly. The ideal candidate will have a current CNA/STNA certification and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Previous long-term care or healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous long-term care or healthcare experience (preferred)
