Job Description: HVAC Installer at Boer Brothers Heating & Cooling
Boer Brothers Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team! As our HVAC Installer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of the HVAC systems in our clients' homes.
In this role, you will work closely with our service team to ensure installations are on time, on budget and exceed our client's expectations. The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well both independently and in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems including ductwork, boilers, furnaces, air conditioning units, and refrigeration units
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation of materials
- Inspect and test HVAC systems for proper equipment installation, operation, and efficiency
- Repair or replace malfunctioning or worn-out HVAC equipment
- Collaborate with a team to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond promptly to their inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Experience as an HVAC Installer or Technician
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
