NOW HIRING! Senior Talent Acquisition Temp to Hire $48- $57/HR- DOE REMOTE- Must be flexible on hours. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is tasked with identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet an organization's requirements. This role is pivotal in contributing to the continual success and growth of a company by ensuring that it hires qualified professionals who fit both the job and company culture. The Talent Acquisition Specialist acts as a liaison between potential candidates and the organization, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Duties: Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments. Design and update job descriptions to meet the requirements for various roles within the company. Source potential candidates through online channels, like LinkedIn and other professional networks. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.). Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline. Lead employer branding initiatives and collaborate with the marketing department to ensure a consistent company message. Negotiate offers with candidates to close gaps in the recruitment process.
