You can't put a price on happiness.u00a0 But you can help people bring home a wonderful reminder of one of the best times of their lives.u00a0 As a Sales Ambassador, you'll deliver exceptional guest service while providing guests with product information and upselling when appropriate.u00a0 Your "bottom line" will be to ensure guests have a shopping experience that meets and exceeds their expectations.

You will:

• Enthusiastically greet and interact with all guests.
• Answer questions and resolve guest issues.u00a0u00a0
• Assist guests with accurate product information.u00a0
• Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests.u00a0
• Focus on up-selling and increasing sales while meeting guests' needs.u00a0
• Operate cash register, and accurately process cash and credit transactions.u00a0u00a0
• Minimize losses due to damage or theft.u00a0
• Perform stock duties and maintain merchandise counters and displays.u00a0u00a0
• Keep all assigned areas clean.u00a0
• Practice safe work habits including the use of ladders and proper lifting techniques.u00a0

• At least 15 years old.u00a0
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.u00a0
• Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift.u00a0u00a0
• Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing).u00a0
• Perform cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicals.u00a0
• Must be willing to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.u00a0
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat and extreme cold.
• Must provide flexible, consistent availability (including nights, weekends and holidays) and adhere to our Holiday and Availability agreement.
• Consistently practice safe work habits and reporting unsafe situations.u00a0
• Ability to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements within established timelines.
