Matheson Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is searching for a dedicated and experienced HVAC installer to join our team. As a company committed to providing exceptional heating and cooling services in Commerce Charter Township and the surrounding areas, we are seeking a reliable individual that can deliver high-quality installation services to our customers.
As an HVAC Installer at Matheson Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., you will be responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in the residential and commercial sectors. You should have a comprehensive understanding of the installation process from start to finish. This role requires an aptitude for problem solving and a strong attention to detail as well as a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems according to the specifications provided
- Perform quality control checks to ensure proper installation procedures are followed
- Troubleshoot and repair issues that arise during installation procedures
- Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently and complies with industry standards and regulations
- Communicate with customers and colleagues to provide exceptional service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in HVAC installation or related field
- Familiarity with HVAC installation procedures and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be willing and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
