Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Air America A/C Heating & Ref. LLC is seeking a HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Coral Springs, Florida. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have access to reliable heating and cooling systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase their longevity and efficiency
- Diagnose and identify issues with HVAC systems and provide solutions to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their HVAC systems, whether it be to provide repair solutions, explain maintenance needs, or provide recommendations for system upgrades
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of HVAC system maintenance and repair
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as a HVAC Service Technician
- HVAC certification and licensing
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and related components
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
