Field Service Technician

About the Role

As a Field Service Technician at Redbox, you will work independently throughout the day in partnership with your manager, providing technical support for Redbox and other kiosks. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining the functionality of kiosks, and contributing to the achievement of company goals.

Qualifications

To become a Redbox Field Service Technician, you will need:

• Amazing troubleshoot-to-replace mechanical skills
• A valid driver’s license and excellent driving history
• Adaptability to ever-changing environments and procedures

Schedule: Weekend availability
