Responsibilities Welcome guests, take coats, put a ticket on a hanger, and give a corresponding ticket to guest Return coats to guests upon receipt of the ticket and verifies with a ticket on the hanger Provide excellent guest service including handling guest relations and minor guest disputes Qualifications Must be at least 19 years old Customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with guest complaints while maintaining the guest's goodwill Physical Requirements Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds Ability to stand 100% of the time Shift Details Evening shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekends Who We Are Delaware North is the food, beverage, and retail provider at Little Caesars Arena.
