H-2B Visa & Immigration Compliance: Oversee and manage the H-2B visa process for seasonal employees, including liaising with external immigration advisors and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee inquiries, concerns, and disputes, fostering a positive workplace environment. HR Policies & Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements, particularly in relation to seasonal and visa-based employees. Training & Development: Assist with the development and delivery of employee training programs. Payroll & Benefits: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for seasonal and full-time employees, as well as managing employee benefits programs.
