Job Description
Homestead Village is currently seeking a Full-Time LPN for the 4:45pm-5:15am shift. As an LPN at Homestead Village, you will play a critical role in providing quality care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents' conditions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current LPN license in the state of employment.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a caring, compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
