Job Description:

San Remo is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Bagnino di salvataggio to join our team. As a Bagnino di salvataggio, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at the beach.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of guests by closely monitoring the beach area and promptly responding to any incidents or emergencies.
• Provide first aid and lifesaving assistance as needed.
• Educate guests about beach safety and enforce rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beach area, including setting up and removing equipment and keeping an eye on potential hazards.
• Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in regular training and stay up-to-date with current lifeguard and first aid techniques.

Requirements:

• Valid Bagnino di salvataggio certification.
• Proven experience as a lifeguard or a similar role.
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Excellent knowledge of first aid and lifesaving techniques.
• Ability to work in a team and remain calm under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
