Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Clarkstown Heating & Air Conditioning Corp is a well-established, family-owned HVAC company based in Pearl River, New York. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems in both residential and commercial settings. You will work closely with our customers to provide excellent service and ensure their heating and cooling needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment and systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and heat pumps.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Communicate with customers to provide guidance, answer questions, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance, installation, and repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
