$5.00 Weekend Shift Differential starting Friday 6am to Monday 6am
Up to $4.00 for Perfect Attendance
$2.00 Noc Shift Differential
$3,200.00 Sign on Bonus!
12 hr. shifts with Scheduled 3 & 4 days off. Sun - Wed rotation, Wed -Sat rotation available.

California Park Rehabilitation Hospital is currently looking for a driven, Certified Nursing Assistant to be a part of a team that is second to none! All candidates for this position must have the sincere desire to care for our senior residents. Teamwork, a positive attitude and reliability must be greatest qualities.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as dressing, dining, transferring, and bathing
• Engage residents with a positive and friendly demeanor, while providing support through social interaction at scheduled and unscheduled recreational activities
• Follow HIPAA policies and procedures
• Be prepared to respond in an immediate, timely, and appropriate way to unexpected or emergency situations that may arise outside of daily assignments, including emergency response calls from residents
• Respond and report changes in resident’s health status
• Complete daily charting requirements, communicate any maintenance problems or hazards

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the State of California
• Preferred prior experience at a skilled nursing facility
• Compassion for the elderly and commitment to hospitality and service
• Ability to remain patient and kind in difficult circumstances, ability to remain calm in emergencies
• Ability to maintain confidential and private information
• Must pass pre-employment background check
