Market price: $7,200 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 12 months
Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
At Centex Mechanical we are searching for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Bastrop, Texas. If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and looking to grow as a technician, then this is the role for you.
As an HVAC Service Technician you will:
-Inspect and troubleshoot residential and commercial HVAC systems.
-Repair and replace damaged or malfunctioning equipment, components or wiring.
-Perform preventative maintenance to ensure proper system operation and safety.
-Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts and materials used, and time spent on each job.
-Diagnose system issues and communicate the necessary course of action to customers.
-Recommend and sell additional products and services to customers to improve system efficiency and longevity.
-Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
-3+ years of experience in the field.
-Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
-Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-EPA certification is preferred.
