Lou Fasano Heating & Cooling is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. As a leading heating and cooling company in Green Brook Township, New Jersey, we need a professional with excellent technical skills and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in homes and commercial buildings. You'll work with our team to ensure that every project is completed on-time and to our high standards. In addition to technical expertise, we need someone who is organized, efficient, and able to communicate effectively with customers.
Responsibilities:
-Installs new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
-Repairs and maintains existing HVAC systems
-Removes and disposes of old systems
-Tests systems for proper functionality
-Performs preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
-Communicates effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
-Diagnoses and resolves technical issues in a timely manner
-Completes paperwork and documentation for each project
Requirements:
-At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer
-Excellent technical skills and a strong attention to detail
-Ability to work well in a team environment
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
