Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an RN Surgery Recovery/Circulator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective care to surgical patients throughout the recovery process and assisting in the surgical procedures as a circulator. You will work closely with the surgical team to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.

Your duties will include:

• Assessing patients' health status before, during, and after surgery
• Monitoring vital signs and assisting in pain management
• Administering medications and intravenous fluids as required
• Assisting in surgical procedures as a circulator, ensuring a sterile environment
• Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Providing post-operative education and guidance to patients and their families
• Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of employment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical recovery/circulator role
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols
• Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
