This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Job Description: HVAC Installer at Dama Plumbing & Heating
Dama Plumbing & Heating is a leading provider of heating, cooling, and plumbing solutions in Wisconsin. We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Crivitz.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties. This involves reading and interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate equipment and materials, and completing installations to code.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair HVAC systems, including ductwork, ventilation systems, and thermostats, according to blueprints and codes
- Select appropriate equipment and materials for each project
- Test HVAC systems for proper function and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise during installation
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met
- Work with other team members to complete projects on time and on budget
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
