HVAC Installer

As an HVAC Installer at Grossi Services Inc., you will join our team of experts in providing top-notch HVAC solutions to our clients. We are looking for an experienced technician who has a passion for providing high-quality workmanship, outstanding customer service, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

- Install HVAC systems including ductwork, air handlers, heat pumps, and other related components
- Maintain and repair existing HVAC systems as necessary
- Work with customers to assess their needs and make recommendations for new installations or repairs
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently
- Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meet safety standards
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- Certificate or degree in HVAC field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them at all times
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
