Occupational Therapist (OTR) Position

We are currently seeking a Fulltime Occupational Therapist (OTR) and also a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our dynamic team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing patient assessment, creating care plans, offering direct treatment, and consulting with a diverse rehab caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient/resident assessments to determine treatment needs
• Create individualized care plans to address patients' goals and functional abilities
• Deliver direct treatment sessions based on evaluated needs
• Provide training and education to caregiver staff for effective patient management
• Participate in the development of clinical programs
• Supervise and mentor other registered therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students
• Complete assigned administrative duties as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
