WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role reports to the head of Global Apparel and Accessories Operations, and partners with a cross-functional set of stakeholders across product management, design, development, merchandising, central operations, data, digital studio, and technology. This role will interface directly with senior executive stakeholders in driving our apparel digital transformation.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Senior Principal of Digital Transformation to join our Global Apparel and Accessories Operations Leadership team! This role will lead our efforts to drive innovation and modernization in our process, integrating digital technologies and strategies across all aspects of Apparel and Accessories creation.
Our ideal candidate has led a digital portfolio in the retail industry, has transformed ways of working at a large global fast-growing brand, and has played a meaningful role in strategy development through operationalization of digital initiatives. This person is a systems’ thinker, skilled in advanced solutioning, and has a high digital acumen.
We are looking for a candidate with the following experience:
10+ years professional experience leading transformational programs
Proven experience in digital transformation, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry
Understanding of product/retail value chain from innovation to consumer
Exceptional facilitation skills, including ability to gather relevant data, actively listen, and negotiate forward progress
Excellent collaborator and ability to influence x-functionally and with senior level stakeholders
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the Sr. Principal of Digital Transformation, you will define and lead the Global Apparel and Accessories digital portfolio from development, through sequencing, governance, and stakeholder engagement. You will:
Oversee discovery in development of new digital tools
Deploy against process design requirements for new ways of working
Partner with Operational and Capability leaders to activate squads against advancing how we plan/create/assort Apparel and Accessories digitally
Define what success looks like for Global Apparel and Accessories Digital Transformation and guide program measurement
Engage directly with super users and senior level stakeholders in the Apparel and Accessories business to achieve goals
