Job Description: HVAC Service Technician at Air Group LLC
Air Group LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Hanover, New Jersey. As an expert in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment for our residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems (including but not limited to furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems)
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC equipment
- Install new HVAC systems and components according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service needs and options
- Keep accurate records of job assignments and paperwork
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service calls
- Maintain a professional and clean work area and appearance
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
- Attend training sessions and continuing education classes to stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- EPA certification is preferred
