Job Description: HVAC Installer
Advantage Air Lex, a premier heating and air conditioning company located in Lexington, Kentucky, is seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities
• Install HVAC systems and related equipment according to company standards and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions they may have
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems and make necessary repairs
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure installations are completed efficiently and on time
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling
• Knowledge of HVAC safety standards and procedures
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
