This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $6,200 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 11 months

We specialize in bringing comfort to folks across the region with our top-quality HVAC systems and installations. We are currently on the lookout for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team.

Job Description:
As a HVAC Installer at TK's Mini Split LLC/Advance Heating & Air, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive top-quality heating and cooling installations. You will work closely with our customers to determine the best HVAC systems for their needs, and then utilize your expertise to install those systems quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, refrigerant lines, wiring, and other required components
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with existing HVAC systems
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards clients and colleagues
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Keep track of inventory and communicate with team members regarding restocking requirements

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer (at least 3 years of experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with safety and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
