Job Description

Harbor Hill Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) - RN to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to our nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the nursing department, including staffing, training, and performance management of all nursing personnel.
• Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and protocols that are compliant with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure coordinated and efficient care for residents.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.
• Participate in the development and management of the nursing budget.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement in nursing services.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [state].
