Responsibilities:
- Install and repair HVAC systems for commercial and industrial clients
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system problems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and establish strong relationships with clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional HVAC installation experience
- Strong technical skills and ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
