Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. You will work closely with our dispatch team and directly with clients to provide high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. Your duties will include:
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC systems
- Repairing or replacing defective parts as needed
- Conducting regular maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance
- Conducting installations and replacements of HVAC equipment
- Educating clients on proper usage and maintenance of their systems
- Providing prompt and courteous service to clients
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industry best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
