First Year Litigation Attorney

Description Robert Half Legal is partnering with a boutique employment law firm in downtown San Diego, seeking a first-year associate attorney. This associate should have some prior litigation experience (as a law clerk, paralegal, etc.). An understanding of employment law is helpful but not required. Duties include: Intake Motions Drafting pleadings Hearings Learning to take and defend depositions, and eventually go to trial This firm provides training and a solid foundation to begin your career!
