Freedom Village, located in Lake Forest, CA, is proud to offer a part-time opportunity as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in our Assisted Living facility. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our senior residents and are seeking individuals with a passion for working with the elderly.

Our ideal candidate will hold a current license as a Vocational Nurse in California, possess current CPR certification, and have at least one year of experience and/or education in elderly care. The candidate must have the ability to apply basic principles of nursing care and be willing to work various shifts as needed.

The LVN will have essential duties and responsibilities, which include assisting in the admission and discharge of residents, conducting assessments, administering medications, performing dressing changes and wound care per MD orders. The position requires part-time availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and every other weekend, from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $29.00 to $30.50 depending on experience. The offer of employment is contingent upon successful fingerprint clearance through the Department of Justice, background check, physical exam, TB testing, and drug screening. While a COVID-19 vaccination is preferred, it is not required.
