Responsibilities:
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units for our clients. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting installations and repairs of HVAC units in residential and commercial properties
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in adherence to safety protocols and local building codes
- Conducting regular maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and operational efficiency
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems in HVAC systems to identify faults and propose solutions
- Providing clients with expert advice and recommendations on the right units to install based on their needs and budget
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in installing and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
- A solid understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure, with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members
- A commitment to safety and quality standards in all work undertaken
