About Us

Salt Lake Dental Clinic is looking for a fun and outgoing candidate to fill the role of our Dental Office Receptionist. We have a busy practice and need a front staff of 3 people, and we are excited to welcome one more to our team! As a receptionist, you will be one of the first people a patient encounters at the office. Our receptionist is responsible for answering phones, collecting payments, creating insurance breakdowns as needed per patient, greeting patients, and assisting them in scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will be kind, warm, and engaging with both patients and staff. This position will work Tuesday-Saturday, with specific shift hours detailed below. Pay ranges from $13.00-$23.00 based on performance and experience.



Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phone and greet patients.
  • Creating insurance plan breakdowns.
  • Check patients in for appointments.
  • Gather information about the patient's condition and insurance information.
  • Answer questions about treatment options or other administrative matters.
  • Receive and process payments.
  • Have patients fill out required forms when necessary.
