HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Caprock A/C & Heating, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.

As our HVAC Service Technician, you will interact with customers on a regular basis, providing top-notch service and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You'll be working with a team of experienced professionals and will have plenty of opportunities to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities:

-Performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial heating and cooling systems
-Interacting with customers to provide excellent service and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
-Operating tools and equipment to service HVAC systems
-Communicating with clients to educate them on proper system maintenance and care
-Participating in team meetings and ongoing training initiatives to stay current on the latest industry developments

Requirements:

-2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
-Strong technical knowledge of heating and cooling systems
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
