Driver - (CDL)

Beaumont At Bryn Mawr is currently seeking a professional and reliable Driver with a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to various destinations while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate Beaumont At Bryn Mawr's vehicles following all traffic regulations and driving guidelines.

- Transport residents to medical appointments, errands, social outings, and other planned destinations promptly and safely.

- Assist residents with entry and exit from the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.

- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance or cleaning needs.

- Follow established routes and schedules, while making adjustments as needed to accommodate resident's needs and traffic conditions.

- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing any concerns or requests in a polite and professional manner.

Requirements:

- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a good driving record.

- Previous experience as a professional driver is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and a good sense of direction.

- Ability to assist residents with mobility challenges, including using ramps and wheelchair securement devices.

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
