Job Description:
As an HVAC Service Technician at Industrial Piping & Maintenance, you will be responsible for performing installations, repairs, and maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work independently or as part of a team, depending on the project, and report to the Service Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in industrial and commercial settings.
- Inspect HVAC systems and recommend repairs or replacement of components.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Accurately document work performed and submit reports in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns they may have.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Vocational or technical training in HVAC preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
- HVAC certifications and licenses required.
- Knowledge of codes and regulations pertaining to HVAC systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and materials.
