Job Summary

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to oversee our recruitment processes and strategies. As the Recruitment Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates who align with our organization's values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, plans, and programs to attract and retain qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to determine their fit for specific roles.
• Conduct thorough reference and background checks on potential hires.
• Manage the candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Stay up-to-date with current recruitment trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Operations Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
