Role Overview:
As an HVAC Installer at B3 Refrigeration, you play a vital role in ensuring our customers have efficient and reliable heating and cooling systems. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems according to specifications, industry standards, and our company's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems efficiently and effectively.
- Perform equipment start-ups, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure proper functioning and optimal performance.
- Complete installations and repairs within scheduled timeframes, prioritizing customer satisfaction and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with the service team to diagnose and resolve system malfunctions and implement appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with customers to understand their needs, provide professional recommendations, and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and system modifications for future reference.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards, following best practices and regulations to deliver top-quality workmanship at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of current HVAC technician certification or relevant trade qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
- Ability to analyze problems and make accurate decisions, employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
