We are seeking an experienced Subsurface Utility Engineer (SUE) Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a solid network of contacts in the industry, capable of managing all aspects of SUE projects from initiation to delivery. You will act as the CEO of your projects, driving business development, project execution, quality assurance, and team management.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SUE projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget, and schedule requirements
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, deliverables, and timelines
Oversee the setup and mobilization of projects, including resource allocation, equipment procurement, and scheduling
Business Development:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, private engineering firms, and major utility providers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's project portfolio
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote services and capabilities
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and celebrate achievements
Quality Assurance and Control:
Implement and oversee QA/QC processes to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and reliability in project deliverables
