Market price: $800 USDEst.

Resident Care Aide/ Med Tech
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Aide/ Med Tech to join our team at Luther Crest Nursing Facility. In this role, you will provide critical support and care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities:
As a Resident Care Aide/ Med Tech, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes to the appropriate medical personnel
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Adhering to all facility policies and procedures
Requirements:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid certification as a Nurse Aide or Medical Technician
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a long-term care facility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Compassion and empathy for the elderly
