Director of Sales and Marketing

Concordia Village Of Tampa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and promote our community to prospective residents and their families. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about helping seniors and enjoys the challenges and rewards of working in the senior living industry.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Sales and Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals
• Identifying target markets and implementing strategies to reach potential residents
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and community organizations
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
• Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, online advertising, and email marketing
• Collaborating with the management team to develop pricing and promotional strategies
• Leading a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and training
• Tracking and analyzing sales and marketing data to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
• Representing the community at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the senior living or healthcare industry
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools
