Position Overview:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance, service, and repairs on residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. You will work with a team of experienced professionals and use the latest technology to diagnose and resolve issues. You must be committed to providing excellent customer service and have a desire to learn and grow in your field.
Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems according to company standards
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
• Repair or replace defective parts on HVAC systems
• Communicate with customers regarding system issues and recommend solutions
• Document all work performed, including parts and time used
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• HVAC certification or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
