HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, inspecting, and testing components
- Diagnose system problems and make repairs or replacements as necessary
- Determine appropriate course of action for system repairs
- Install new HVAC systems per manufacturer instructions
- Accurately document all work performed and parts used
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Follow Safety protocols and PPE requirements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- EPA Certification
- NATE Certification preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the use of a variety of tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
